Terms & Conditions for Renting

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your rental. By booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Mileage Limits

Daily mileage limits are applied to ensure the longevity and proper maintenance of our fleet. The limits are as follows:

  • Car: 200 km per day
  • Geared Bike: 200 km per day
  • Non-Geared Bike: 150 km per day

Excess Mileage Charges

If you exceed the daily mileage limit, the following charges will apply. The exact rate will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Car: ₹8 – ₹15 per km
  • Geared Bike: ₹5 – ₹12 per km
  • Non-Geared Bike: ₹3 – ₹8 per km

Clutch Failure: I agree that I am responsible for clutch failure due to my own driving fault. Damage protection plans do not cover clutch-related issues.

Vehicle Recovery: I agree that if I do not return the vehicle on time, the RideWheels recovery team has the right to retrieve the vehicle from me anywhere in India.

Booking Extensions

Extensions must be requested at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled return time, subject to vehicle availability. Last-minute requests will not be accepted.

Damage Responsibility

In the event of any damage to the vehicle, I am solely responsible for the insurance claim procedures. I will cooperate fully with police, service centers, and insurance representatives until the process is complete.

Pick-up & Drop-off

We offer free pick-up and drop-off services within the Tirupati bus stand and railway station areas. Additional charges will apply for service to any other locations.

Refunds & Fuel Policy

  • No Refunds: Once the rental trip has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including for unused time or fuel left in the tank.
  • Fuel Level: If the company provides fuel at the start of the rental, I must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.

Legal & Traffic Violations

  • Challans: I accept full responsibility for any police cases or traffic challans issued during my rental period.
  • FASTag: If the vehicle's FASTag malfunctions, I am responsible for paying all tolls in cash at the toll booths.

Verification & Safety

  • References: I may be asked to share references from friends via WhatsApp for added identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • Videography: I agree that vehicle and customer videography/photography is mandatory at the time of vehicle handover for security purposes.
  • Helmet Policy: One helmet is provided per bike rental. If I do not receive it, I must inform the staff immediately. I am responsible for returning it in good condition or paying the full replacement cost.

Acceptance of Terms

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. I will sign the rental agreement before taking possession of the vehicle.
